How do I purchase tickets?

All tickets are purchased on eventbrite.ca, these tickets can be accessed by clicking the “Buy Tickets” button on the home page or event page of this website!

how do i use the promo code “northbowl” for the early-bird promotion?

Once you are on the eventbrite website you can apply this promotional code. The code applies to event tickets ONLY, and not to regular bowling reservations throughout the day.

do tickets include bowling?

The Deluxe Family Package and the Classic Family Package both including one lane of bowling (up to 6 players) for the entire duration of the event. The Mini Family Package, is Breakfast and Photo ONLY.
For anyone who has purchased a Mini Family Package, on the morning of the event, if space is still available on bowling lanes you may purchase bowling at regular price the day of the event.

how does the event work?

Ticket holders may arrive just before 9:00am or anytime during the event and will check in with their eventbrite ticket. They will be given the appropriate amount of Breakfast vouchers and photo vouchers and will be advised on how to check in for bowling if applicable with a bowling purchase.
The event ends at 11:00am! So we recommend arriving earlier to get the most value out of your tickets.

Is there anything else to do at the event?

Yes! In addition to the breakfast and photos with Santa, we will have other activities available for children and families to enjoy that are complimentary with standard ticket purchase! This includes a “Letter to Santa” writing station, Christmas Ornament Decorating station and more!

What is included in the Breakfast Buffet?

Pancakes of course! There are also sausage links, fresh fruits, juice boxes, hot chocolate and coffee for adults! Breakfast is buffet style so you can eat as much as you’d like!

When will I receive my photo? Are photos printed?

Each photo will be sent via email up to 2 days following the event. Each image will be sent as a high-res digital image. Printed photos are not available.
